I wanted to reach out and share some exciting news about the changes happening at Native Aussy Fashion.
After receiving sincere advice from our loyal customers and friends, we have decided to change the direction of our business model. We realized that there was too much emphasis on the origin of our designs, without considering that they were all paid for. To avoid any future issues, we have decided to abandon the print on demand side of our business.
Moving forward, we have added some very important categories to our product range. We now offer E-Bikes and Mobility Scooters, Hearing Aids, and several other items. We understand that these products are often associated with the elderly and can be quite expensive. Therefore, we are pleased to offer an 18-month warranty on these products. To avail the warranty, we kindly request that buyers provide a copy of their pensioner card prior to purchase. You can send it to us via email at support@nativeausfashion.com.
In addition to the warranty, we have another special offer for pensioner buyers. After 3 years, you can contact us for a 15% discount on your next purchase, and you also have the option to sell your current Mobility Scooter.
For any high-ticket or highly priced items, we recommend contacting us first so that we can ensure an agreed delivery time. While we cover all postage costs, there may be import duties that the buyer needs to pay before pickup. Please note that the GST is included in the purchase price.
Due to the nature of delivery, we kindly ask for your patience. Please allow between 15 to 30 business days, plus 3 handling time, for your goods to arrive. Larger items may take longer, so we encourage you to read the individual product description carefully, as we provide shipping method and time details there. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.
In terms of returns, we accept them if the item is damaged and reported within 7 days of delivery. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. We also understand that there may be instances of late delivery or lost items in transit. While we generally do not accept returns for these cases, we are willing to make exceptions if we believe you are genuine and the item has indeed been lost.
